Mr. John Dougherty, Director: Mr. Dougherty is the Director of Campus Ministry, overseeing the school's Jesuit identity and mission through its student retreats, service and justice initiatives, and pastoral and liturgical programs. He is primarily responsible for the Kairos and Emmaus programs. Mr. Dougherty has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loyola University Maryland and a master's degree in Pastoral Ministry from Boston College School of Theology and Ministry. Mr. Ryan O'Connell, Assistant Director: Mr. O'Connell serves as the Assistant Director of Campus Ministry, and is primarily responsible for the Sophomore Retreat, Junior Christian Service program, and the Christian Service Seminar. Mr. O'Connell holds a bachelor's degree in English and Theology from Fordham University, and a master's degree in Theology and Culture from Villanova University. Ms. Phadadria Randall assists the Campus Ministry department in its administrative and managerial tasks. Ms. Randall holds a bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education from Seton Hall University, and has completed graduate-level coursework in Higher Education and Student Affairs at New York University. Mr. Salvatore DiBrita,'12, Alumni Service Corps. Mr. DiBrita is a member of the 2016-17 Alumni Service Corps (ASC) working in the Office of Campus Ministry. He holds a Bachelors Degree in English and Secondary Education from The College of New Jersey, and has served as a chaperone for Prep immersion trips in the past. He will be working primarily with the Freshmen Days of Service program and the Prep Food Pantry. Mr. DiBrita's contact information will be updated when he joins the department in September.
