Since 2008, the 144 Grand Gala has brought together every segment of the Prep community – alumni, past and current parents, friends, faculty and staff, and even students – to provide vital support to an essential part of Prep's mission: to ensure that, whatever their financial situation, qualified students can have access to the life-changing experience of a Jesuit education.

In 2012, the fifth annual Gala set new records for both attendance and fundraising, with the Prep community coming together to give $471,025 in support of the financial assistance program.
