Be a Gala Volunteer

It takes teamwork to make the 144 Grand Gala a success, and volunteers make it possible at every step: collecting and processing auction gifts, decorating the silent auction area and ballroom, checking in guests at the event, etc. Your time and energy as a Gala volunteer can be the greatest gift of all as we work to help make a Prep education affordable for students and families!

MORNING SHIFT	8:00 a.m. – Unloading of auction items to auction room (2nd Floor) 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. – Silent Auction Room set-up (2nd Floor) 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Grand Ballroom set-up (3rd Floor)
AFTERNOON/EVENING SHIFT:	5:00 p.m. – All volunteers ready for guests arrival 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. – Ushers/Silent Auction Room/Runners 7:30 – 9:00 p.m. – Silent Auction items pick-up preparations 8:30 – 11:00 p.m. – Checkout
