In your prayers, please remember Ed Ford, better known as "The Faa." Jersey City's recreation superintendent, longtime Jersey Journal sports columnist and a great supporter of high school athletics throughout Hudson County, died earlier this week. The Prep community, along with the broader community of Jersey City, remembers with gratitude the life of a colorful character who, in the words of his brother Robert to the Jersey Journal, "firmly believed that all kids in Jersey City deserved a fair shot in life." Click here for more on the life of Ed Ford, or read on for funeral details.
