This year, the Office of the Dean of Students is organizing a series of student assemblies called the Magis Series. Magis is a Latin term meaning “greater” or “more,” and in Jesuit education, it connotes the idea of striving for what is truly excellent and meaningful in our lives, on all levels. The next installment will take place on Wednesday, October 13, with the film, The Human Experience.
