Because Prep's Jesuit mission calls us to pursue greater understanding and critical thinking in pursuit of the common good, the school will host four lecture and Q&A sessions on Monday, December 15. These will offer students the opportunity to encounter a variety of perspectives on the recent controversy surrounding the grand jury decisions in Missouri and in Staten Island. The presentations will include insights from the fields of law enforcement, journalism, and the legal profession, as well as historical context on the First Amendment and the role of protest in American life.
