More snow is upon us, and still more is on the horizon, so let's agree to think springlike thoughts. How's this: the 8th annual 144 Grand Gala is coming April 18 – it'll be here before you know it!

Prep Robotics Team Visits City Hall

Mayor Steven Fulop and Councilwoman Diane Coleman greeted the members of Prep's robotics team (formally Team 5438, but you can call them the Technological Terrors) at City Hall yesterday, wishing the students well as they continue their build process for the FIRST Robotics Competition.

Junior Class, En Masse, Experiences "Selma" Screening

If you took a walk around campus last Thursday morning, you might have noticed something missing: the entire junior class. The nearly 200 members of the Class of 2016 began their day at the Newport Centre AMC cinema for a special screening of Selma, a prelude to the third quarter of their Christian Ethics course.

A "Meritorious" Showing for Prep Math Students

The Consortium for Mathematics and its Applications (COMAP) has announced the results of the Seventeenth Annual High School Mathematical Contest in Modeling (HiMCM). Congratulations to a team of four Prep students earned a "meritorious" ranking, placing them in the top 70 among 671 teams from around the country and around the globe!

Save the Date: It's a "Fryday" Fish Fry for Prep's Mission Drive!

Believe it or not, Lent is on its way. One Lenten tradition, the Prep Mission Drive, will be familiar to anyone with ties to Grand & Warren. This year, Homeroom 4C and their teacher, Ms. Rosemary Annetta, are combining it with another Lenten tradition: a Friday evening fish fry! Join us at Prep on Friday, March 6 for a classic fish & chips dinner, catered by Thistle Restaurant of Lyndhurst!
