As the Prep community gathered together for the Mass of the Holy Spirit, each class of returning students also gathered on its own for an honors convocation – juniors and seniors before Mass, and sophomores after. As a new year's journey began, it was a time to celebrate the achievements of the previous year and look ahead to the possibilities of the next.
For the first time since last spring – and for the first time including the Class of 2021 – Prep's full student body returned to campus Thursday morning to share in a tradition as old as Jesuit education itself: the Mass of the Holy Spirit.
Prep Rowing's David Chase Lerner, '18 has been selected as one of 24 male rowers to represent the Mid-Atlantic region in the USRowing Youth Regional Challenge, which will take place during the World Rowing Championships in Sarasota, Florida, later this month.
Nine new members of Prep's faculty and staff were on campus this week for a three-day orientation program as they prepare to join their new colleagues in welcoming students back to Grand & Warren in the days ahead.
Join us in October as we celebrate the Prep Hall of Fame Professional Achievement and Service Awards, honoring eight alumni for their outstanding accomplishments in their professional fields, and in the field of service to Prep and the greater community. The Hall of Fame Class of 2017 will be inducted October 19 at The Grove in Cedar Grove.
