Senior Class Gift

What is the Senior Class Gift? The Senior Class Gift is your opportunity to give back to Prep and show that you realize how important it is to support Saint Peter's. Over the years, graduating seniors have given thousands of dollars in support of projects on campus. These students have left their legacy of support for generations of future Marauders—including you!

Why should I give to the Senior Class Gift? If you believe your experience at Prep has had – and will continue to have – a positive impact on your life, and if you want to make sure that future students have the same great experience, then you can do so by participating in your Senior Class Gift.

How much should I give? Every senior is being asked to give $20 to this year’s campaign. While the majority of gifts will be at this level, we receive gifts that are bigger and smaller. Regardless of the amount every gift helps and each one is appreciated.

Where will my money go? This year, the Senior Class gift will go towards restoration and reinstallation of the bronze statue of Saint Peter (pictured at left) previously located in the foyer area of the former Saint Peter's Church building. The statue was removed as part of the ongoing work to convert the former church into a new cafeteria and student commons, but with the support of the Class of 2010, Saint Peter and his fishing net will return to grace Prep's new main lobby, to be constructed in Burke Hall during the summer of 2011. For years to come, visitors to Prep will see the generosity of the Class of 2010 at work as they admire the restored statue in its new setting.

How can I give? There are several ways to give:

  1. You can make your gift online;
  2. You can submit your gift in homeroom; or
  3. You can bring your gift directly to Ms. Renee Rivera in the Advancement Office on the third floor of Shalloe Hall.
